For almost two hours Vyacheslav Nehoda, Deputy Minister of Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine, and Vitalii Bezghin, a people’s deputy of Ukraine, the head of the sub-committee on the administrative and territorial arrangement, have been answering questions posed by regional reporters during the online-press conference, entitled «Local Self-Government and Territorial Power Arrangement: Reform «Geolocation».
