The team of Civil Society Hubs has prepared infographics, based on the research of practices of applying local democracy tools under the quarantine. The research covers 27 hromadas from 9 regions of Ukraine and answers the question of how the COVID-19 pandemic has affected hromadas and if there are barriers for hromada residents to participate in the local self-government.
