How to ensure hromadas functioning during the quarantine as exemplified by the Ukrainian and foreign experience and what efforts are made by different countries to stop the coronavirus spread – these are the issues discussed during an online-conference, organised by the USAID DOBRE programme. The discussion united representatives of the local self-government from Ukraine, seven countries of Europe and Northern America, associations of local self-government bodies and independent experts.
