On 27 November, a modern Administrative Service Centre started operating in the urban-type settlement of Chernihivka, centre of the amalgamated hromada. This is the fourth proper ASC in the Zaporizhzhia Oblast, established with the support of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme. The newly established centre will provide 17,000 hromada and rayon residents with 108 administrative services, including residence and civil registration, land registration, social and notarial services.
Due to the Programme’s support the ASC has 7 workplaces, each equipped with modern IT appliances and furniture. The entire staff of the Centre has completed a five-module training programme developed by the Ukrainian and Swedish experts.
The hromada has carried out the reconstruction of the newly established ASC with an area of almost 250 m2, allocating UAH 1 million from the local budget.
Support for the Programme continues, and in the near future the ASC will get access to Vulyk – a modern software system for ASC’s work automation – developed by the EGOV4UKRAINE project within the framework of the U-LEAD with Europe. All employees will be trained in working with the Vulyk system.
