Village ASC in Donetsk Oblast started to issue passports

For the first time services on registration and issuance of passports have been delivered in the Donetsk Oblast not through the migration service department, but at the Administrative Service Centre. The Shakhivska rural AH became the first to initiate this service in its ASC.

From now on, internal passports in the form of an ID cards or foreign biometric passports can be issued to the AH residents directly in the ASC of their hromada.
