Exchange of experience and knowledge is extremely important for hromadas’ specialists, namely land management specialists, architects and builders, in view of the lack of personnel in hromadas. Therefore, today these AH specialists, in particular in the Zhytomyr Oblast, express the greatest demand for advanced training.

Since February 2018, the Zhytomyr Local Government Development Centre, established with the support of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme, has been hosting the Land interest club meetings, conducted by Oleksandr Hnitetskyi, spatial planning and resource management expert. With his own experience in the Novoborivska hroamda, Oleksandr was able to consolidate the team of his colleagues from other hromadas of the region and created a platform, where professionals share experience and practical cases of the development in the field of land relations and architecture.
