Water was transported to the mountain village of Kybaky of the Vyzhnytska amalgamated hromada by cistern wagons. Everything changed after the establishment of amalgamated hromada. UAH 500 thousand were immediately allocated by the hromada to drive a well, and water pipeline is planned to be arranged in the village:
