Most of the second day of the VI-th Forum “Efficient local administration as a precondition of a democratic and law-governed state” was dedicated to the territories’ sustainable development, permanent cooperation organization and long-term trust between municipalities and local self-government and public authorities that are not less important than financial and material resources.

The main topics of the forum second day were as follows: city agglomeration creation, mountain territory development and protection of internally displaced persons.
