Participation budget: Competition for municipalities of seven oblasts of Ukraine

East Ukrainian Participation Hub is starting to function. The Hub is aimed at supporting municipalities of the Zaporizhia, Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Luhansk, Poltava, Sumy and Kharkiv oblasts while they are implementing the participation budget.

Each municipality from the above mentioned oblasts, implementing or just intending to implement the participation budget, can address the Participation Hub and get assistance as free of charge experts’ consultations.

Within the project, a competition has bee also announced to select five municipalities from the above mentioned oblasts (except for oblast capitals) that will obtain from the Participation Hub a free of charge service of complete participation budget implementation maintenance from September of 2021 till May of 2022.
