Further steps of the local self-government reform and territorial power organization have been discussed during the working meeting in Odesa by Vyacheslav Nehoda, the Deputy Minister of the Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine, and Andreas Kiefer, Secretary General of the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of the Council of Europe.
