The hromada capability portal has been launched – April, 22: a presentation of an auxiliary decision making tool

One of the main decentralisation tasks has been to establish capable hromadas that will ensure stable local development and quality services provision. Following the local elections hromada new self government bodies have been formed. Decentralisation success will be defined by each hromada performance. That is why it is important to have information and each hromada performance analysis. For this purpose, in cooperation with experts, supported by the MinRegion partner- OSCE in Ukraine projects coordinator, an analytical portal of hromadas capability has been created.

«Demography, infrastructure development and each hromada funding – everything is available at the hromadas capability portal. Data on 14 capability markers are located here in three blocks. Data upgrading is planned to occur quarterly», - commented expert Pavlo Ostapenko, the portal developer.
