The transfer of medical establishments to hromadas and cooperation aimed at their funding: important issues

What stage is the process of transferring former rayon hospitals to hromadas at? How should hromadas cooperate for the purpose of joint maintenance of medical establishments? Who and how can control the services provision quality and what are the influence means?

All the above mentioned issues were covered during a consultative dialogue «Team cooperation: transformation and development of regional health care establishment networks», held within the ІV-th online-forum «The medical guarantees programme: nine months», organized by the public union «The health care system transformation forum» jointly with the DOBRE USAID Programme. The consultative dialogue involved medical establishment heads and owners, national and international health care experts.
