Since as of today, 01.12.2020, the Law of Ukraine On Amending some Laws of Ukraine on Harmonising Certain Issues of the Organization and Functioning of Local Self-government Bodies and Rayon State Administrations, passed by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on 17.11.2020 (bill № 3651-d), has not come into force, the AHs, where the first sessions of the newly-elected village, settlement, urban, rayon councils have already been held, are facing issues of terminating powers of persons, holding elective offices at AHs and its documenting.
