Katarina Mathernova, Deputy Director-General of the European Neighbourhood and Enlargement Negotiations department, considers the decentralization reform to be one of the most successful ones in Ukraine.
Mathernova dwelt upon it during the online-discussion "New local self-government: An ambitious agenda for cooperation with the EU" on Friday, according to the Yevropeyska Pravda (the European Truth), referring to Interfax-Ukraine.
"I am really happy to say that it has been a reform to have brought most transformations. I think that everyone, having ever left Kyiv, can witness dynamics and the society life", - she said.
