Experts of the USAID DOBRE Programme have prepared a manual on developing the Programme of Boosting the Efficiency of Assets Management in Hromadas.

The manual is based on the practical experience. 71 hromadas-partners of the DOBRE Programme have developed and adopted the Programme of Boosting the Efficiency of Assets Management in Hromadas.

The manual materials will be useful for representatives of hromada council executive power bodies, deputies’ commissions, hromada residents, other people who may be involved in the Programme creation.
