Human resources management: changes in labour legislation regarding the introduction of the teleworking regime

We would like to inform public and local authorities that on 2 April 2 2020 the Law of Ukraine "On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts to Provide Additional Social and Economic Guarantees in Relation to the Spread of Coronavirus Disease (COVID-2019)" came into force.

The Law, in particular, introduces amendments to the Labour Code of Ukraine regarding the standardization of remote (home) work and may be used by public authorities.
