Almost 100% of local budgets for 2020 have been approved
As of 28 December 2019, 8,189 (90.1%) local budgets for 2020 have been adopted, as reported by the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine.
'We still adhere to those approaches to decentralisation aimed at the development of financially sustainable hromadas. Own revenues of all local budgets are to grow in 2020. First of all, it is about revenues from personal income tax, real estate and land tax, and a single tax. Also, revenues from corporate income tax sent to local budgets are to grow,' the report says.
