A website is a nice tool for a hromada to establish mutual trust between the hromada’s administration and citizens as well as to make potential partners and investors interested. To achieve their goals, hromadas should observe some rules when developing their websites — it concerns, for instance, media coverage of hromada’s activities and disclosure of its data. It is also important to avoid frequent mistakes which we will consider below.
