The Cabinet of Ministers has approved amendments to the Perspective plan for the territorial formation of hromadas in the Luhansk Oblast.

“So far, we have only been focused on the liberated parts of the Luhansk Oblast. Now, we are starting to prepare the plan for the amalgamation of hromadas on the temporarily occupied territories,” said Hennadiy Zubko, Vice Prime Minister, Minister of Regional Development, Construction, Housing and Communal Services of Ukraine.
