New culture centre to be built in Baltska AH

In the town of Balta, centre of the Baltska amalgamated hromada, a modern culture centre is being built on the basis of Balta cinema and concert hall “Rodyna”.

The new concert hall shall become a hub for arts and entertainment. The project is funded from two sources – the state and oblast budgets. This news refers to the information from the town council and comes from the Odesa Local Government Development Centre established with the support of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme and MinRegion.
