A Memorandum of Cooperation and Interaction between the Oblast State Administration, the Oblast Council and the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) “Decentralisation Offering Better Results and Efficiency” (DOBRE) programme has been signed today by Oleh Honcharuk, head of the Oblast State Administration, Oleksandr Sych, head of the Oblast Council and Barry Reed, DOBRE programme manager.

According to Oleh Honcharuk, in the recent years many reforms have been implemented in various sectors in Ukraine.
