The perspective plan for the formation of amalgamated hromadas of the Vinnytsia Oblast was discussed at the Vinnytsia Local Government Development Centre, established with the support of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme and MinRegion. The meeting was held within the framework of the working group of the Vinnytsia Oblast State Administration on amendments to the perspective plan for the AH formation. The urgent issues of capable hromadas’ establishment on the basis of the perspective plan, covering 100% of the oblast’s territory, were the key ones discussed with the leaders of the Vinnytsia Oblast State Administration, deputies of the Oblast Council, representatives of the Local Self-Government Association of the oblast and LGDC experts.
During the meeting, Oleh Levchenko, Director of the Vinnytsia LGDC, stressed the importance of introducing changes to the perspective plan, taking into account the whole territory of the oblast, since this document has not yet been approved.
