The online broadcasting of the press conference on presentation of the manual “How to establish Administrative Service Centre from scratch in amalgamated hromada – experience of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme in the institutional ASC establishment” will start at 10:30 am on 22 November.

“How to create ASC from scratch” is the first comprehensive guidebook in Ukraine, created by leading Ukrainian experts, which provides comprehensive recommendations on the institutional establishment of the ASC in hromada.

• Frederik Coene, Head of Section “Economic Cooperation, Social and Regional Development”, EU Delegation to Ukraine,

• Susanna Dellans, Project Manager of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme’s Support to Improved Administrative Service Delivery
• Viktor Tymoshchuk, chief expert on improved administrative service delivery of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme
• Ivan Dudar, head of the Kochubeyivska AH.

Participation in the discussion was also confirmed by representatives of the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine, and Association of AHs of Ukraine.
