Council of Europe Programme “Decentralisation and local government reform in Ukraine” in cooperation with the Verkhovna Rada Committee on State Building, Regional Policy and Local Self-Government, MinRegion of Ukraine and NGO “Civil Society Institute” organises a two-day workshop “Reform of education and healthcare in the context of desentralisation of  powers” to be held in Artsyz municipality  on 13-14 November 2018 for the representatives of 6 rayons of the South-West part of the Odesa Oblast.
