Elections in AHs of the Chernivtsi Oblast are at risk of failure. In October this year, four newly formed hromadas namely the Chahorska, Khotynska, Stavchanska and Nepolokivska, have to elect heads and deputies. However, due to the legislative collision, the CEC is in no hurry to appoint voting procedure.
