Increasing efficiency of AH libraries in Vinnytsia Oblast

Representatives of the library institutions of AHs of the Vinnytsia Oblast attended the training on “Mechanisms for the establishment and functioning of libraries in AHs”, organised by the Vinnytsia Local Government Development Centre, established with the support of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme. Hromada libraries need to optimise their activities in terms of financial and specialised efficiency.

During the training, representatives of the AHs learned about the legal issues of library functioning and mechanisms for building a library network within decentralisation, funding of institutions, as well as got acquainted with the successful practices and experience of colleagues from the oblast AHs.
