A two-day study tour of the representatives of amalgamated hromadas of the Donetsk and Kherson Oblasts to explore the amalgamation experience of the coastal hromadas of the Mykolayiv Oblast started on 26 July, with the support of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme.
The tour participants visited the Koblivska AH, saw its public library, pre-school educational institution “Sonechko” of the Kobleve village council. The next stop was the hromada’s fire station. The participants of the study tour shared their impressions and thoughts. “Personally, I saw a lot of advantages of amalgamation – an increase in the budget, land management, control of all services. We are very similar to the Koblivska AH by territory. We have the Azov Sea coast, and the same problems – illegal trade, construction, unwillingness to conclude land agreements. We will consult to solve these problems,” said Oleh Popruzhenko, head of the state registration department of the Manhush Oblast State Administration.
Already tomorrow the participants will visit the Chornomorska AH.
