Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida) launched a tender procedure for selection of implementers of the Roll-Out Phase for improved administrative service provision of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme.

The implementers will work directly with selected hromadas on ASC establishment and modernisation.

Tender-related questions can be sent by 31 August 2018. Deadline for applications for participation in the tender – 10 September 2018.
