How AHs manage funds – hromadas’ financial monitoring results of USAID DOBRE Programme
On 15 June 2018, the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Programme “Decentralisation Offering Better Results and Efficiency” (DOBRE) presented the results of financial management assessment of 50 hromadas at the press centre of the Ukrainian Crisis Media Centre.
