The Government has introduced changes to the perspective plans for the formation of hromadas of the Sumy, Odesa, Cherkasy, Chernihiv, Volyn and Ternopil Oblasts. Henceforth, these hromadas will have grounds for moving to direct interbudgetary relations with the state budget, announced Hennadii Zubko, Vice Prime Minister – Minister of Regional Development, Construction, Housing and Communal Services, commenting on the adoption of relevant resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers.

"Hromadas will be able to independently provide the appropriate level of service provision: in the field of education, culture, healthcare, social protection, housing and communal services. Adoption of the resolution will allow fulfillment of the Government's obligations to hromadas, with regard to their financial support, personnel resources and infrastructure development," noted Hennadii Zubko.

In the perspective plan for the formation of hromadas of the Sumy Oblast, the composition of the Hlynska, Dubovyazivska, Lebedynska, Lypovodolynska, Mykolayivska, Romenska, Sinivska, Sumska, Sadivska, Khotynska, and Richkivska hromadas is supplemented by the Andriyashivska, Povivska, Shevchenkivska hromadas, as well as the Velykochernechchynska and Yunakivska hromadas.

The perspective plan for the formation of territories of hromadas of the Odesa Oblast specifies the composition of the Petrivska and Krasnosilska hromadas and is supplemented by the Molohivska and Tayirovska hromadas.

In the perspective plan for the formation of territories of hromadas of the Cherkasy Oblast, the composition of the capable Kamyanska and Mokrokalyhirska hromadas is specified, as well as supplemented by the Mykhailivska hromada.

The perspective plan for the formation of hromadas of the Chernihiv Oblast specifies the composition of 4 hromadas, and 1 hromada is withdrawn from it.

The perspective plan for the formation of hromadas of the Volyn Oblast specifies the composition of 22 hromadas, 4 hromadas are added, and the Lyubytivska, Hirkopolonkivska, Vetlivska and Butsynska are excluded from the list of capable ones.

The perspective plan for the formation of hromadas of the Ternopil Oblast specifies the composition of the capable Baikovetska hromada, and is supplemented by the capable Saranchukivska, Khorostkivska, Zborivska, and Lanovetska hromadas.
