In order to provide practical assistance to local self-government bodies in establishing local taxes and fees, Yanina Kazyuk, financial decentralisation coordinator, Viktor Ventsel and Ihor Gerasymchuk, fiscal monitoring experts of the Fiscal Monitoring Group of the Central Reform Office under MinRegion (with the support of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme and the SKL International Project) have prepared information materials on local taxes and fees.
