Volodymyr Zrazhevskyi, head of the Mezhivska AH, and Dmytro Ekzarkhov, head of the Ilarionivska AH, told how the decentralisation reform changes the rural areas in the Dnipropetrovsk Oblast. The hromadas were formed in the autumn of 2017. The leaders of AHs shared their success stories over the first half of the year.
