New administrative and financial opportunities, introduced due to the decentralisation reform, as well as government support programmes for farmers – primarily for livestock and farm construction, will allow the situation to change in the rural areas, create new productions and new jobs there, said Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman on air of the 112.UA.
He recalled that the mechanisms of support include cheapening of loans, compensation of part of the cost of machinery and other tools. "We create the mechanisms that will create more workplaces in the countryside," the Head of Government said. “Decentralisation plus sectoral support programmes will have their efficient result."
