‘The speed of response to the challenges of war directly depends on the technical resources available to communities. These 38 vehicles will speed up the restoration of electrical power to homes, clear logistics routes, and ensure the city’s vital functions continue under extremely difficult conditions. We work systematically to ensure that every affected area has the tools for rapid recovery right now,’ said Maryna Denysiuk, Deputy Minister for Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine.

For reference. The Emergency Restoration and Reconstruction Project has been in effect since February 2023 as a tool for rapid response to the aftermath of the war. Its priority is the reconstruction of critical sectors – energy, transportation, and water supply – as well as the development of technical solutions for sustainable urban development and effective waste management.
