The Krupetska AH has a reverse subsidy, while the Klesivska AH is self-sufficient and does not require a basic subsidy. In total, 18 amalgamated hromadas of the Rivne Oblast worked on direct interbudgetary relations with the state budget in 2017. Though, are all of them equally financially capable? The answer is given by the appropriate expert analysis of the Financial Monitoring Group of the Central Reform Office under MinRegion (with the support of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme and SKL International project).
Experts noted the growth of own revenues per capita of amalgamated hromadas of this region. This indicator over 18 AHs of the oblast increased by UAH 1268.2 and amounted to UAH 2132.3 (including: over 13 AHs, established in 2016, this figure increased by 3.1 times and amounts to UAH 2143.2, and regarding 5 AHs, formed in 2015, it increased by 39.0% and is UAH 2093.2).
