The Krupetska AH has a reverse subsidy, while the Klesivska AH is self-sufficient and does not require a basic subsidy. In total, 18 amalgamated hromadas of the Rivne Oblast worked on direct interbudgetary relations with the state budget in 2017. Though, are all of them equally financially capable?
