The Trostyanetska hromada is the 1st, and the Lukivska AH is 22nd in the list of assessment of financial capacity of amalgamated hromadas of the Lviv Oblast. The analysis confirms that it is difficult for hromadas with small population number to prove their capacity.
Last week decentralisation.gov.ua shared the Assessment of the financial capacity of 366 AHs in 2017.
For the purpose of better convenience of the information, the Financial Monitoring Group experts of the Central Reform Office under MinRegion (with the support of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme and the SKL International project) will analyse hromadas of each oblast separately over a short time.
This material features an analysis of the financial capacity of hromadas of the Lviv Oblast.
The growth of own revenues per capita of 22 AHs of this region increased by 1038.4 UAH and amounted to 2185.6 UAH (including 7 AHs, established in 2016, where this indicator increased by 2.5 times and amounts to UAH 2430.1, and 15 AHs, formed in 2015, where it increased by 38.6% and makes up UAH 1869.8).
Details of the assessment of financial capacity of 22 AHs in the Lviv Oblast are available HERE
Materials are elaborated and prepared on the basis of the data of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, State Treasury Service of Ukraine, State Statistical Service of Ukraine, and oblast state administrations, by the Financial Monitoring Group experts of the Central Reform Office under MinRegion (with the support of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme and the SKL International project):
