In June 2026, the Ministry of Finance, in compliance with budgetary legislation, ensured the transfer of inter-budgetary transfers to the general fund of local budgets amounting to UAH 38.5 billion (UAH 9.3 billion more than in May), which is 100% of the funds allocated from the state budget for June, specifically:

• the basic subsidy was transferred in the amount of UAH 2.6 billion (100%);
• additional subsidies were transferred in the amount of UAH 1.9 billion (100%).

As of 1 July 2026, the balances in the accounts of local budgets and budgetary institutions under the general and special funds amounted to UAH 131.4 billion, which is UAH 36.2 billion more than at the beginning of 2026.

With these resources, local governments will continue to finance priority needs at the local level.
