Over UAH 3.000 – this is the sum, directed at capital expenditures per capita by amalgamated hromadas of the Poltava Oblast in 2017. In total, hromadas of this region allocated over UAH 416 million for capital expenditures. This is evidenced by the data of the Hromadas’ Financial Capacity Assessment, prepared by the experts of the Financial Monitoring Group of the Central Reform Office under MinRegion (with the support of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme and the SKL International project).
According to Yanina Kazyuk, financial decentralisation coordinator of the Central Reform Office under MinRegion, hromadas should carefully analyse their financial capabilities in order to strengthen those areas of work they need.
Last week decentralisation.gov.ua shared the Assessment of the financial capacity of 366 AHs in 2017.

Experts have noted the growth of these hromadas’ own revenues per capita. This indicator over 18 AHs of the oblast increased by UAH 1629.5 and made up UAH 4770.6 (including: over 6 AHs, established in 2016 this indicator increased by 2.5 times and amounts to UAH 3926.2, and over 12 AHs, established in 2015 – by 32.6% and amounts to UAH 5194.5).
