The round table meeting on the decentralisation reform in the Kharkiv Oblast with the participation of the leaders of 12 amalgamated hromadas of the oblast will be held on 21 February 2018, in the framework of a visit to Kharkiv of Hugues Mingarelli, EU Ambassador to Ukraine, Head of the EU Delegation to Ukraine.

The event, which is open to the media, will begin at 2:30pm on Wednesday, 21 February 2018, at the Kharkiv Local Government Development Centre, established with the support of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme and MinRegion.

The press briefing of the Ambassador Hugues Mingarelli will be held after the round table, at approximately 3:45pm.
