The process of local budgets’ formation is completed. The next stage of the budget process is the implementation of local budgets, carried out according to the schedule, approved by the head of the local financial institution.

The local budget is drawn up and executed pursuant to a clearly defined mechanism, regulated by the relevant Procedure and approved by a normative act adopted by the head of the local financial institution.

In order to provide advisory and methodological assistance to employees of financial services of local governments, including the newly established amalgamated hromadas, and facilitate their work in the preparation of the Procedure and the document it will be approved by, the experts of Financial Monitoring Group of the Central Reform Office under MinRegion (with the support of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme and SKL International project) prepared the samples of such documents in two versions.
