The decree of the head of the Oblast State Administration approved the conclusion on the compliance of draft decisions concerning the voluntary amalgamation of the hromadas of the Stepanivska Persha, Heorhiyivka, Novokostyanynivka and Chkalove village councils of the Pryazovske Rayon of the Zaporizhzhya Oblast into the Stepanivska Persha village amalgamated hromada, with the Constitution and the laws of Ukraine.

Draft decisions of the Stepanivka Persha, Heorhiyivka, Novokostyantynivka and Chkalove village councils “On the voluntary amalgamation of hromadas” were developed in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On the Voluntary Amalgamation of Hromadas”, comply with the Constitution of Ukraine and have gone through the mandatory public discussion.

Draft decisions also meet the basic conditions for the voluntary amalgamation of hromadas.

The Stepanivska Persha village amalgamated hromada with a centre in the village of Stepanivka Persha will be located within the Pryazovske Rayon of the Zaporizhzhya Oblast and will include hromadas of the villages of Stepanivka Persha, Myronivka of the Stepanivka Persha village council, village of Heorhiyivka of Heorhiyivka vllage council, villages of Novokostyantynivka, Ihorivka of the Novokostyantynivka village council, village of Chkalove of the Chkalove village council of the Pryazovske Rayon in the Zaporizhzhya Oblast.

Amalgamation into Stepanivska Persha village amalgamated hromada is carried out not in accordance with a perspective plan for the formation of hromadas in the Zaporizhzhya Oblast.

Thus, the Stepanivska AH is already the fourth one in the Pryazovske Rayon, where the Botiyivska and Hirsivska village amalgamated hromadas and the Pryazovska settlement amalgamated hromada were established and are currently operating.
