Fresh issue of “Radnyk Starosty” newspaper appeared (+electronic version)

The third issue of the newspaper “Radnyk Starosty” (“Starosta’s Adviser”) was published with the support of the Swiss-Ukrainian Project “Decentralisation support in Ukraine” (DESPRO) in 2017.

The publication is intended to provide practical assistance to new officials in the system of local self-government.
