Kindergarten issue should be priority project financed from State Regional Development Fund. – Volodymyr Groysman

The construction of preschool institutions and kindergartens should become a priority project financed by the State Regional Development Fund, while the queues for admission to state kindergartens should be removed no later than by 2020.

“In 2020 queues for preschool attendance will be withdrawn from the agenda. It is clear that it had to be done before, but we lacked opportunities. Now our challenge is to make kindergarten issue a priority project for the SRDF. I hope that tomorrow we will approve the budget and will be engaged in a three-week preparation process to ensure each region receives appropriate tasks and can start construction activities with the onset of the construction season. Little Ukrainians should not stand in queues,” the Head of Government noted.
