The 2nd All-Ukrainian Forum of Amalgamated Hromadas “Life-changing Initiatives”, opened by the President, Prime Minister and Head of the Parliament, was held in the capital. The participants included representatives of 665 already established amalgamated hromadas, experts and international partners.

As a result of the event, Volodymyr Groysman gave an exclusive interview to the 5^th Channel, where he told about decentralisation as the most successful reform in the country.
