VACANCIES! “U-LEAD with Europe” Programme announced search for regional experts in six directions

MinRegion together with the “U-LEAD with Europe” Programme announced a competitive selection of regional experts/advisors in six directions:

  • Local finance management experts,
  • Communication experts,
  • Regional development experts,
  • Experts on spatial planning and resource management,
  • Decentralisation experts,
  • Experts on the implementation of municipal services.

Applications for the positions have to be filed till 12 November 2017.

Background information

The Ministry of Regional Development, Construction, Housing and Communal Services of Ukraine in partnership with the “U-LEAD with Europe” Local Empowerment, Accountability and Development Programme of EU for Ukraine that is jointly financed by the European Union and its member states (Denmark, Estonia, Germany, Poland and Sweden), and implemented by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH and Swedish Agency for International Development Cooperation (SIDA), conduct a nationwide competition for the selection of highly skilled professionals to the group of experts. These carefully selected experts/advisers will work with appointments in different regions, providing advisory and expert support to the implementation of the local self-government reform, administrative and territorial reform, decentralisation of powers of the central executive authorities and of the state regional policy reform.
