Rava-Ruska community has developed its own investment dashboard utilizing the personal account features of the Lviv Analytical Portal, developed by the USAID HOVERLA Activity. 

This dashboard significantly simplifies investor access to information and helps the community actively promote its investment opportunities. Now, investors can view over 50 available plots online, totaling more than 160 hectares. Businesses can establish logistics centers and industrial facilities. Most of these plots are conveniently located near roads, railways, and international checkpoints. 

After training by the USAID HOVERLA Activity, community specialists can now independently update the investment proposal map. 

"We understand that nowadays, it is crucial for communities not just to have investment portfolios but to present them online in a modern, accessible format for investors. This is investment promotion 24/7," says Vasylyna Sidelnyk, Head of the Economy and Investment Department of the Rava-Ruska community. 

Next, the community plans to attract investors to participate in transparent and open land auctions through this dashboard. Such opportunities help the community achieve its strategic goal for a competitive economy, which is embedded in the Rava-Ruska Municipal Territorial Community Development Strategy that was created with HOVERLA’s support. 

Rava-Ruska community became the first of 33 communities in the region to utilize the personal account on the Lviv Analytical Portal. 

"The Lviv Analytical Portal helps communities not only promote investment projects but also make effective decisions in the economic, social, and infrastructure sectors, and develop strategic documents," says Acting Director of the Economic Policy Department Orest Hryniv. 

The Analytical Portal is an interactive technological tool that organizes hundreds of documents and gigabytes of data about the region. It helps officials make informed and effective decisions, provides comprehensive and systematized information for businesses and the public. It was created using top-quality software with satellite data.  The Lviv Analytical Portal contains 24 geo-information dashboards with data on the region's social and administrative infrastructure. In addition to investment objects, users can explore administrative, educational, cultural, and tourism services in the region's communities, monitor local budget execution, and track target programs. 

In addition to Lviv, the USAID HOVERLA Activity has developed similar Analytical Portals for the Poltava, Rivne, Odesa, Volyn and Zakarpattia oblasts and Kyiv. Read more about the advantages of the Analytical Portal in the article.
