Experts from the USAID HOVERLA Activity have consolidated extensive data on Ukraine’s budgetary processes and trends in Ukraine in 2023 into a single document titled ‘Budget Decentralization: Monitoring and Evaluation.’
This document will help one understand how to formulate targeted programs for local economic development, optimize expenditures better, and more.
Materials of the monitoring are based on official reports and data from the State Statistics Service, the State Treasury Service, the National Bank , the Ministry of Finance, the State Customs Service, the State Tax Service, the Ministry of Economy, the State Budget Web Portal for Citizens, and other sources of open data.
