Public decentralisation support level is increasing in Ukraine. This year, compared to the previous one, there are 4% more people considering decentralization to be necessary. In total there are 63% of such citizens in Ukraine, with the administrative and territorial reform awareness rate being 83%.
These are the data of the sixth wave of the all-Ukrainian survey «Decentralisation and local self-government reform», held by Kyiv International Institute of Sociology in October-November of 2021, commissioned by Ministry of Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine and the Council of Europe Programme «Decentralisation and public administration reform in Ukraine».
The survey outcomes were presented at the Ministry of Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine on December, 8.
