On December, 6 at the central office of the Association of Ukrainian Cities the Memorandum on Cooperation was signed between the Association of Ukrainian Cities and the PROSTO Swedish-Ukrainian project. The document was signed by Executive Director of the Association of Ukrainian Cities Oleksandr Slobozhan and the head of the PROSTO team in Ukraine Olha Hlazunova. The Parties have agreed to collaborate for the purpose of improving public services quality (including administrative) services, delivered to municipality residents, and the general support of decentralization.
