The Ministry of Digital Transformation has launched the Diya.Digital Municipality platform in a text mode. It is a knowledge base for those responsible for digitalization in all local authorities — CDTO. The Diya.Digital Municipality platform makes materials for CDTO systemic locally. Here you can find recommendations on implementing digital tools, a plan of digital transformation, algorithms and regulations, that may be necessary for CDTO in regions to implement digitalization efficiently.

The Diya.Digital Municipality platform is a practical tool to systematize the regional digitalization policy. There digital leaders will be able to find useful up-to-date information and share each other’s experience», — claimed Vadym Bortnyk, the Director of the Directorate for Regional Digitalization at the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine.
